Q: Where will
Front Door Organics deliver?
A: Front Door Organics delivers throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties on
Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's. Please contact us prior to ordering so
we can select your delivery day(s), your 2 hour delivery window(s), and to
make sure we can deliver in your area. We are also now accepting sign-ups for the St.Petersburg/Clearwater and Tampa Bay area.
Q: Does Front Door Organics really deliver for only $6.50?
A: Yep! $6.50 Delivery for all areas and order sizes.
Q: What is the deadline for next-day delivery?
A: The deadline for next-day delivery is midnight the preceding day.
Q: Do I have to order every week?
A: No, but we would love you if you did!
Q: Do I have to be home when my order arrives?
A: No. Your totes will come packed with enough Blue Ice to protect them for 3
hours in the heat of summer and remain in superior condition.
Q: What do I do with the totes after I unpack my order?
A: Store your empty totes and cold-packs in a clean, dry, covered place until
the day your next delivery is expected. Or, schedule a tote pick up by
contacting us by email or telephone.
Q: How do I tell my friends about Front Door Organics?
A: Great question! You can tell them that they will receive 10% off their first order (applied after you checkout). If they try our service, you are eligible for our Refer-A-Friend Reward Program and receive $10.00 OFF your next order!*

Q: Will Front Door Organics deliver to my business address?
A: Absolutely. At Sign Up, tell us where you would like your tote(s) delivered
at your office. This also is a great way to have lunches or healthy snacks at
the ready while you are working.
Q: Should I tip the Front Door Organics driver?
A: Tips are not expected or encouraged but allowed at your discretion.
Q: How Do I Sign Up to use Front Door Organics?
A: Click on Order Status
in the upper section of the home page to begin the Sign Up process, which
takes about 3 minutes. You will fill out shipping and billing information and
add your email and password. During the Checkout process of your first order,
you will be asked to supply your credit card information and payment
information.
Q: What is the minimum order at Front Door Organics and how often do I have
to order?
A: The minimum grocery order total is $35, not including any possible taxes or
the $6.50 delivery fee. You are never obligated to order - just order whenever
you want great organic and natural food with ease! There is no minimum for
gift certificates orders which also can be found on our site.
Q: What if my order is below the $35 minimum and I have forgotten to update
it?
A: Your order will not be processed unless you meet the minimum order size.
Q: How far in advance can I place an order?
A: You can start your order as early as the Saturday prior to your delivery
day. You can also start an order, say on Saturday when you notice you're out
of bananas, and you can continue to add items to it up until your deadline the
day prior to delivery.
Q: Will I get a discount if I order a larger quantity of one item?
A: Please call 941 755-0750 or email us with special volume purchase requests.
Q: What if I want to set up a Buying Club?
A: If you are interested in setting up a Buying Club please call us or send us
an email to discuss. We do offer a separate program for Buying Clubs.
Q: How do I pay when I shop with Front Door Organics?
A: Front Door Organics accepts Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express credit cards and checks. Your credit card will be charged
upon submitting the order. Front Door will send you an email confirming your
final order total.

Q: Does Front Door Organics accept cash or personal checks?
A: No, at this time we do not accept cash. We do accept checks. Just select
this as your payment type when checking out.
Q: Does Front Door Organics accept coupons?
A: At this time Front Door Organics only accepts coupons issued directly by
Front Door itself.
Q: Is my credit card information secure with Front Door Organics?
A: We encrypt your private information, such as a credit card number, so that
it cannot by read by others. We use your personal information only to process
orders, personalize your online shopping experience, and inform you of special
news, unless you request otherwise. We will not release your personal
information to any third party unless you grant us explicit permission to do
so.
Q: Will my information be kept private?
A: We take extra precaution to protect your privacy and prevent misuse of your
private information.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the groceries I receive?
A: You can contact Front Door Organics by email or telephone within 24 hours
of receiving your order, and we happily will replace an item or issue a
refund. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
